Bordeaux proposes to become a medically oriented, pedestrian friendly, professional community. We are currently making a transition from the retail community we have been for years, to a Medical community. Our mission is to provide space for medical offices to support the health care needs of our community. Our vision is to provide locations for these services in a pleasant, convenient, friendly and attractive environment. We anticipate providing several restaurants, a drug store, and a limited number of smaller complimentary stores. Complimentary stores could include a Florist, Card Shop, Mailing Center and Dry Cleaners.
BORDEAUX CENTER LEASING • We provide flexible in house leasing to meet a variety of needs. • We will be happy to design and "uplift" your office, as well as have our construction team do the work. • If you prefer, you may have your own design and construction people finish out your leased space. • We offer on site management as well as a construction, maintenance and grounds staff. ...................................................................................
